Max Sunyer es ex-miembro de Tapiman, Iceberg, y Pegasus. En este disco colaboran su ex-compañero en Iceberg y Pegasus, Josep Mas "Kitflus" (actualmente Kitflus Kuartet), Carles Benavent (Miles Davis, Paco De Lucía, Máquina!, Música Urbana, Jorge Pardo y Crac -no confundir con los asturianos Crack-), Jorge Pardo (ex-Dolores, y ex-colaborador de Tete Montoliu, Paco De Lucía, Pat Metheny y Chick Corea, entre muchísimos otros) y Jordi Bonell (ex-Secta Sónica y ex-Música Urbana, y colaborador de muchos más). El resto de la formación la completan Matthew Simon (trompetista, sin relación con el gein de High School Musical), Nan Mercader y Carme Canela.

Max Sunyer is an ex-member of Tapiman, Iceberg, and Pegasus. The line-up for this record is his old Iceberg and Pegasus bandmate Josep Mas "Kitflus" (currently Kitflus Kuartet), Carles Benavent (Miles Davis, Paco De Lucía, Máquina!, Música Urbana, Jorge Pardo and Crac -not to be confused with Asturias' symphonic legends Crack-), Jorge Pardo (ex-Dolores, and ex-collaborator of Tete Montoliu, Paco De Lucía, Pat Metheny and Chick Corea, among many others) and Jordi Bonell (ex-Secta Sónica and ex-Música Urbana, and collaborator of many more). The line-up is completed by Matthew Simon (trumpet player, no relation to the fag of the High School Musical OST), Nan Mercader and Carme Canela.

"A principios de 1972 y por encargo de Miquel Casas, unos cuantos músicos nos juntamos para registrar un disco insólito no tanto por el contenido sino por la facción: estándares del rock and roll interpretados libremente, sin ningún tipo de imposición estética ni comercial.

El resultado fue un disco del cual se editaron unas mil unidades y que pasó desapercibido, debido a su atípica edición por un sello discográfico independiente -Joint- que editó sólo este disco y otro más en su efímera existencia; un disco que siempre me ha gustado por su frescura y espontaneidad -¡vida en el capdevall!-; un disco registrado con sólo cuatro pistas, auténtico certificado de garantía del más puro "sonido garage", sin ensayos ni arreglos previos; un disco grabado y mezclado en dos días, que representa mi época de juventud como guitarrista y de la cual estoy particular y emotivamente satisfecho; un disco que ahora se me ofrece la oportunidad de reeditar y que el paso del tiempo ha hecho, creo, más atractivo e interesante."

"In early 1972 and by request of Miquel Casas, a few musicians and I we joined forces to record an unusual album, not only for its content but also its factions: freely arranged rock and roll standards, without neither aesthetic nor commercial obligations.

The result was an album of which about a thousand copies were printed and went unnoticed, due to its atypical release by an independent label -Joint- that only published this single album and another one during its brief existence; an album that I have always liked due to its freshness and spontaneity -life in the capdevall!-; an album recorded with just for tracks, true certificate of guarantee of the purest "garage sound", with no previous rehearsals nor arrangements; an album recorded and mixed in two days, that represents my days of youth as a guitar player and of which I am particularly and emotionally satisfied; an album that now I am given the chance to re-release, and the pass of time has, I think, has made it more attractive and interesting."
