The title HIKIKOMORI is one of Japanese word, and the girl on the photo of its cover seems Japanese.

Hello k_kase, in the band's site (http://www.jamendo.com/es/artist/hikikomori) it says that they're a duo from Madrid, Spain. I don't know if they're japanese expatriates.
